• Maintenance and Safety: Facilities must be in optimal condition, featuring monitoring systems and strict compliance with civil protection regulations.

• Privacy: Verification of compliance with privacy policies for the protection of personal data.

• Accessibility: Availability of adequate spaces such as waiting areas, reception, and parking to ensure user comfort.

3. Service Quality

• Training: Staff must be trained to offer personalized service under the standards of the Alliance.

• Customer Orientation: The business philosophy must prioritize the human experience, creating welcoming and personalized environments at all times.

4. Commitment to Excellence

• Certifications: ISO certifications, tourism quality distinctions, and wellness seals that endorse operational excellence are highly valued.
